Profile
Trishia is a Registered Counsellor (C1087) with the Singapore Association for Counselling. With over nine years of experience, she has worked extensively in addiction support, school counselling, parenting, and family services. More recently, Trishia has expanded her practice to support adults navigating interpersonal and workplace conflict, as well as career transitions.
Trishia is passionate about empowering young adults and families as they navigate life's transitions and the complexities of relationships. She believes that trust and honesty form the foundation of effective therapy, and that meaningful growth begins when people feel genuinely heard. Her approach combines empathy with thoughtful, direct conversations that foster self-awareness, resilience, and lasting positive change.
Trishia continually enhances her practice through regular clinical supervision, ongoing professional development, and evidence-informed training to ensure she provides the highest standard of care for her clients.
