Raquel A.

Profile
Raquel's approach is warm, grounded, and responsive to each client’s unique needs—whether through open conversations, guided reflection, art, or play. She meets clients where they are, creating a safe and meaningful space for connection, exploration, and growth.
Raquel is trauma-informed and adopts an integrative, strengths-based approach. While her practice is rooted in person-centred therapy, she draws from a range of evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). When helpful, she also weaves in creative approaches such as art and play therapy to support emotional expression and insight.
Above all, Raquel’s work is grounded in collaboration and flow—supporting clients as they develop coping tools, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with themselves.
