Dennis is a counsellor who has almost a decade of experience working with a broad range of clients including young adults, youths and families. He specialized in issues such as anxiety, stress, life challenges, relationships, school, grief, self-harm, self esteem and low motivation.

Dennis used a range of techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Person Centred Therapy & Solution Focused Brief Therapy. He is currently a Provisional Clinical Member of the Singapore Association of Counselling.

Trained in Psychology and Counselling, Dennis believes in empowering his clients towards sustained change through strength based and evidence based approaches.
